March Update - What To Do?

Google dont care wether its Ai generated content or human written...it must be useful.. its clearly mentioned in there march core update.

Some of my ai sites got improved snd some got hit...all sites content done by GPT4 and link building with gsa ser and guest posts/tiered link building.

Its a kind of pbn. So far i am happy with core updates and i dont think there nothing to change... always it will hit some and some dont affect.. with exact strategy.
Which ai autobloging tool are you using now? Can you send me a PM, thanks!

No worries mate . check your content and if it's AI change those into good quality content definitely you will regain it.

Regarding the OP's question, I think the best advice is to wait for the next few weeks and see how things shake out. Google has clearly said that the full update is complex and will take a month to roll out completely.

One of my own sites was hit severely in the rankings. It no longer ranks for anything in GSC, but the pages are still indexed and there were no manual actions. All of the content was written with AI, and before the update, I had at least a hundred pages ranking in the top 10.

My strategy is going to be wait until April, then assess. I may abandon the project, but I also might attempt to completely re-write the pages that were performing well pre-update.

I have a few other AI sites that seem to have escaped notice. Again, I'll wait until April to see if that's still the case, and if so try to figure out why some sites "passed" and others "failed." I have some theories, but with massive and complex updates like this one, it's best to wait it out and make assessments on more data.

It was a bit naive to believe that content fully generated by AI, especially if not retouched by a human, will stay relevant indefinitely and Google wouldn't adapt to the changing landscape. It has always went in cycles in SEO - New techniques -> changes in Search Engines -> Adapting

Kinda the same situation here except my content is not handwritten. Let's see how it goes. There is no manual action taken against my site. And there is no deindexification as well. If I search for some articles, they are still ranking on top for very low search volume keywords. However, the ones I used to receive 95% of the traffic from are vanished. Vanished in the sense that they don't show up for the keywords they supposed to show. However, I can still see my articles in the search which means they are no deindexed.

We will have to wait and see how it goes.

If those articles you updated are gone already then its gone no way back, don't try updating back links again wait for some time and make sure to use relevant articles before publishing..

what happened till then, are the sites banned in the 2022 update dead or did they come back ranking?
If ur site is deindex u have 1% chance to recover if you got an algorithmic penalty I would wait atleast 3-6 months until I would start to mess with it.

I own 30 autobloggs and i got 4 site deindexed rest still fine and some even improved. All 30 sites follow similar strategy. GPT content and gsa tiered blasts. Like any update some got impacted while others got improved. This is the nature of SEO this is the main thing that we need to taget same keyword/niches on multiple projects.

I am going to buy 4 more domains and implement same strategy i have been following for years. Theres nothing wrong with any strategies we follow its all about quantities we own. The best part is even google got kicked we still can recive traffic from other engines.
can you please suggest me where should I get GSA link's list from?

Yes I've used Ai chatgpt4 but google stated they didn't really penalize for that. Also these keywords are very low competition...

I'm hoping that the post will come back but hight doubt that
Google say a lot of shit....

Due to using Ai content!
How Many AI-Generated Pages Do You Have On Your Site?

I gave up on the site, it still earns like $2/$3 a day BUT all new content doesn't rank anymore. Just gets indexed. Old ranking content is no more as well.

If you are using content generated by AI you must change it and have good quality content, something similar also happened to me
