Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
I saw his sale thread on the marketplace and I contact the exact TG account he put inside the sale thread. After contacted him on TG, he was ready to give me 5 ad accounts and top-up each of them with $200, so the total was $1000.

Then I transfer the 1k to his USDT (trc20) address.

After send the money, he told me that he will start preparing the accounts.

Then he delete the entire chat, and when I ask him (Why you delete my chat), he delete it again.

Then, I told him that I will do a dispute on BHW against him, so I informed him on TG, because I can't send DMs here.

He kept deleting my chat whenever I send new messages.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I asked him to give me a refund, and he kept deleting the chat.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
I want a refund for the 1k.

Information For The Accused
@keneddy, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

Hello, dear bhw moderation team,

This person previously posted similar comments on my marketplace thread. I reported them and asked for proof, which I provided, but their comments were subsequently deleted.

Here's what happened to this person:

There's a tg account impersonating me, Kenedy95555.

My real tg account is Kenedy955, as stated in the marketplace thread.

This person was victimized by those impersonating me, and when he realized he couldn't get his money back, he combined screenshots from kenedy95555 (the fake account) with a video from my account and blamed it on me.

I'm truly sorry about that. But he should be careful with usernames.

Also, the wallet address he listed in the photo isn't even mine.
My USDT TRC20 address is listed in a review on my marketplace thread.

I'm truly sorry about that person. I wish you all the best.

I'm assuming you have evidence to back up your claims. Because without it I will be finding this dispute in favour of @maramcpa.

Why should I contact another TG account?
I contacted the TG account which mentioned in your sale thread.

I contacted @Kenedy955 through TG, and in this screenshot you can see that you deleted my messages.
The chat looks empty, because you keep deleting it in every message I send.

@keneddy As you can see from @maramcpa's screenshots, they contacted your listed Telegram address, not the imposter one.

This is a screenshot he took later.

Because he couldn't find a contact person on the kenedy95555 account.

Unfortunately, he made the payment to a tg account that was impersonating me, and I'm sorry for that.

This isn't enough evidence. If that's all you have then I'm going to present my judgement later on.
 
My judgement on this is that @keneddy needs to give @maramcpa a full refund. The evidence against them is strong and the accused has been unable to refute it satisfactorily.

@keneddy As it is rather a large sum of money, I'm giving you 72 hours to refund it. The decision is final. Thank you both for cooperating with this dispute.

This is a scammer!! @keneddy I would like to report my negative experience with this person. I purchased a TikTok Ads account from him and paid in BTC, but I never received anything. After the payment, he deleted our Telegram conversation and stopped responding. Based on this behavior, I consider the transaction deceptive and advise others to be cautious

THIS IS A SCAMMER !!!! keneddy!!!!!!! I purchased a TikTok Ads account from him and paid in BTC, but I never received anything. After the payment, he deleted our Telegram conversation and stopped responding. Post it here as it may help us to identify them in the future if they return with a different account.
 
I think the 5 accounts that gave this seller Positive Trade Feedback should also be investigated.

Some of them have already purchased Jr.VIP (and have just started promoting their services 2 minutes ago as of writing this) or are nearing 100 posts, not to mention that two of them were registered just minutes apart as the scammer on October 1st. And if I'm correct, he has already tried to submit a new BST and make a comeback this Wednesday with a new account, but his Marketplace Seller membership was revoked.

It's interesting how @Tafankerdo was able to top up over $5000 dollars, and how @Dunyahayine was able to purchase 2 Google Ads accounts without any issues. But the accuser in this Thread didn't have such luck, neither did have @goldenwingss80 who made this comment. In both cases the accused supposedly deleted Telegram chat history, vanished and didn't bother to resolve this Dispute.
