Many websites getting deindexed, check yours

If you are using WordPress here's a tip. I have noticed with some cheap hosting that when I use the auto WP install from CPanel then look in the WP settings on the site. Its set to do not crawl.

Otherwise find a sturdy mast and strap yourself to it lol

Last google update fucked up indexing related stuff. It's really hard to get pages indexed now.

lo......I just change my organic now is just 40 zzzzz actually during google update I still can get at least 200, 300 + per day organic traffic..

Did someone figure out the solution to this? My new website with quite a lot of content wasn't being indexed, so I requested indexing via GSC on every URL and they all came up on Google, only to be slowly booted out after a week.

Yep same issues as everyone else. Shows indexed in GSC but not much comes up when searching for site: on google. I’m guessing best bet is to wait or build links and see if that works. Kinda a bummer

Just checked on my new site. Looks like out of 60 articles, only 13 are showing up when I do a "site:mydomain.com" search. But everything shows up fine in search console. Strange.

Hopefully its just a bug.

EDIT: If I take a URL of a post that is not listed in the "site:mydomain.com" results and enter into a google search. It comes up as a result, but doesn't show in "site:" search.

I've noticed that a lot of niches, which aren't politically in line with Google seems to have gotten the axe lately. Could explain some of this.

:(
Mine is not political in any way, it's a hobby niche site.
