I read a lot of thing already about this, but i become more and more confusing
I will open a offshore company in hong kong, with bank in hk aswell.

I'am not from us or uk.

I'am looking for a high risk merchant account, wich one is better for replicas?

Be careful with replica, it is illegal for a US company to be attached to it. If this company in CA is doing it they are just brokering your account and referring it to someone else. Search for a direct acquiring bank or you will be losing accounts left and right. Sadly I cannot be of service as we dont take replica but I can tell you you're going to find a lot of empty promises along the way. I already see it all over this forum

Nothing good comes from a company Brokering your account out offshore.
It just because more of a hassle and paper trail.

I always tell my prospects and clients that a merchant account is evaluated on a number of items, including:
- price of each transaction
- type of products sold
- monthly continuity or one-time sale
- location of owner
- location of company
- drop ship
- charge back rate
- return rate
- financial & bank documents
- bankruptcy of business or owner
Banks don't want to have to pay a buyer if the merchant does not have enough cash flow for returns or chargebacks, or just goes out of business.

GSPay is a scam. I transfered to another card company and GSpay kept my balances and will not answer emails.. Be super careful who you do business with..

And how are we supposed to get one? You can't just get a visa to China and barge into their banks asking for a merchant account.

I noticed that 99% of the replica watch websites are now processing through sslepay and billingcheckout.

However, I have no idea how to get any of these payment processors. They are obviously China-based and they have no front-end websites to "invite new clients in".

Anybody in the know?

If you are selling Replica (there are exceptions), Pharma, Chemical, Gambling or you are in India, these need to processed "Offshore". Usually Panama, Hong Kong or China. The processing is setup by an agent for a processing company. They are expensive and there will be setup fees, so don't go into this thinking that you are going to get a High Risk Processing account for nothing out of pocket. I've seen it as low as a couple hundred and as high as $5,000 set up. It really depends on the company and the risk.

Usually there is a holdback period of X amount of weeks for chargebacks. and different processing banks have different payout terms & times.

Porn, while still "High Risk" is a no brainer. As long as you're not offering escort, child, animal or "poo play" or a combination there of, you can get a merchant account without to many issues.
