Many limited accounts on IP

I have asked some people, if it does matter if the account is limited, should I still try to hide the IP. They have said if its limited then it doesnt matter anymore. Well some people have given me their limited accounts for me to withdraw and I have logged into about 5-6 limited accounts on my ip. 3 of are ready for withdrawal and I withdrew from one. But now I'm not able to withdraw from 2 others, there is money available but there is no withdraw/continue button on the withdraw screen. I already added credit cards and confirmed them. What should I do now? I do have quite a lot of money on some of the accounts.

Those are permanent limitations with 180 days passed on some of them (the ones i have tried withdrawing). There isn't any guides on "how to remove limitation", which I think is because its unappealable.

Contact paypal directly by email or phone since the 180 days hold period has passed they should allow you to withdraw to bank account or to transfer to another paypal , i did the same when it happened to me and it worked
