{MISTAKEN IN TITLE IT IS MANYUPLOADING NOT MANUUPLOADING

first of all I'm not advertising this program or something else,
i was just downloading a new album of michael jackson by songlover site so i saw that that site upload album rar file to manyuploading.com and i saw it is pay per download site without survey and they are offering like 50$ for 1k download and many more ways, and at that michael jackson album link it was showing 10k downloads means that songlover site owner already earned 500$ with it ? if m not wrong :\
i also own a song site but it is not up to date since i'm doing youtube but if i start it again i'm sure i can get 1k download easily,
has anyone tried this manyuploading ? i actually didn't get their concept behind it, i mean there is no survey or something then why ppd ?
