Manual Web 2.0 Creation

I am looking to hire someone to create web 2.0s for me MANUALLY. I will provide the articles and specify the web 2.0 to post to, all I need is someone to post these manually for me from behind proxies/VPN to avoid a footprint. Each property will need an embedded video (I will provide this) and relevant pictures. This will be an ongoing project if I can find someone to provide good work.
