Manual WEB 2.0 creation work

looking for someone reputable/trustworthy to create 150 WEB2.0 properties

need to follow the following criteria:

1. create properties using proxies (provided by me)
2. Use completely random/unique information when registering (username1, username2, username3 is not random/unique)
3. change to a random theme/template if possible
4. delete any existing posts
5. create a new post containing a random photo + 2 lines of unique text describing the photo
6. provide the logins in a TXT file in a format I specify

I am willing to pay $0.5 ($75 for whole job) for each property created to my high standards. If done well more work will follow.

I am having a service for manual web2.0, however your $0.5/ property is not realistic.
At least I wouldn't work for such a rate. Maybe other will... don't know.
