Manual Web 2.0 Creation Providers? Advice?

I know there are lots of "web 2.0 creation" offers in the marketplace but I was wondering if anyone found an excellent service that goes beyond the typical "1 spun article blasted to 50 web 2.0s". It's my experience those get deleted quickly and aren't worth the money.

Does anyone know of a service or provider that makes quality web 2.0s. Let's 2 to 3 articles, an about me page, a contact page, videos, images, etc.

A web 2.0 that looks authentic and would pass a review by moderators.

I'll probably need to hire a freelancer and give them instructions, but I thought i might ask and see if there's already a service out there that does this. Rather than have to do the whole "training and instruction" routine... which I truly hate.

I raised this in the hire a freelancer section. The bids were prohibitive (for me anyway). I also tried it as a custom offer on fiverr (100$)-results were a fucking disaster and I had to rewrite everything anyway. Good luck and if you get someone (good and cheap - cue someone telling me there is no such thing) who can do it, let me know
