Manual Spinning Output Question

Hi all,

I'm manually spinning some sentences and wanted to know what I could use to output all possible sentence combinations in a list?

I've used spinning software a long time ago which outputted variations into separate text files... but i'd like to manually write a spun sentence and output them all into a list if possible?

Does anyone know anything that can do this?
