Manual Review?

Last weekend I bought a threshold account, got my campaign setup, and all was going good until I hit my daily budget within like 30 minutes. So I bumped up my budget to $20 from $5. Couldnt get anymore impressions. Did some research here and found out that it went into manual review because my keywords had a message that said "We cant determine why your ads arent showing". Looked like all I could do was wait it out for a few days and then make a small change to the budget like bumping it up another $. So I did that and waited a couple more days and it still wouldnt do anything.

Decided to make a new campaign from scratch. Added a bunch more keywords/ad groups, set my daily budget to $50, and now it looks like this one went straight into manual review. It says enabled and eligible but my keywords have that same message. The campaign has been up for 4 hours now and I dont know what to do at this point.

Is the account trashed? Should I just wait a couple days?

Making new campaign when your account is in a review is a waste of time

It won't work

Waiting on an account who's billing was made from a bin rather than a real Vcc is also a waste of time as it cannot pass the automated system checks by google

Lastly... Do not always raise your budget when you just take over a threshold accounts.. Especially USA account
As they will go into Manual review...

There are ways to increase the budget which is by daily increament or auto increaments in percentages

What you can do now is to wait for the account to get out of reviews.. Which is only possible if the account is properly setup as well as having the right kinda campaigns

i'm facing the same situation as OP.
the only difference ... my account is personal not threshold it been freeze for like 8 days now.
3 days back i created another campaign from scratch get approved and all but still nothing !!

Faced with the same issue. I added new card and created campaign 3 days ago its stuck under manual review

Well, just got my answer. Suspended for suspicious payments. Guess my account was badly made.

You making the threshold yourself

In most (99%) of cases when account suspension shows as due to suspicious payment, in reality, the suspension is due to the niche or / and improper campaign setup. Many people do not realize this and keep thinking there is a payment issue and keep trying the same thing in account after account and keep getting suspensions due to suspicious payment. Remember, in 99% of cases when account suspension shows as due to suspicious payment, in reality, the suspension is due to the niche or / and improper campaign setup.

Totally agree with you, just wanna add, if someone used a domain name on an account that got suspended, don't ever use it again on any new account.
Also if your account is suspended or stuck in review, and your campaign is totally whitehat, just contact their support via chat or phone, they fix your issue

You can still use however only after 30 days have passed

Sorry cant, google reps are lurking on this forum but just to say vcc works on any payment subscription online as long as its good source
