This is for newbie who doesn't know how to ping sitemap manually.

Just replace HXXP://WWW.DOMAIN.COM to your exact domain URL or HXXP://WWW.DOMAIN.COM/sitemap.xml to your actual sitemap URL

Thankyoufor sharing! I guess that the main domain must be entered there and the bots will go on every page of your website, right ?

Can't you do this in Google Webmaster Tools? We usually generate the sitemap using Myseostudiocom and then upload to Google webmaster tools and "submit to index" Isn't this the same thing?
