There is difference between automatic pay and manual pay accounts. Manual pay accounts are much better because they wont have much issues with billing, since you are doing prepay to them. So there are less reviews.
Automatic pay accounts always go to review, and always get issues, if you get declined by card.

Seems like you have 0 experience on that when you claim that. There is no difference between manual payment (i mean adding funds manually first) or automatic payment accounts. Depends on you settings and campaigns you still get same review as automatic payment accounts (depends on campaign, website, account age and other settings). I have added xxx-xxxx amounts to some accounts and absolutely no difference (your campaign can be as legit as you think but you can still get suspended). Only ones who see difference is who use really low budget accounts (which are useless for me)

Might be, you must not have experience. I am not saying it wont effect to campaigns or settings. I am talking about the account reviews, when it comes to billing. If you dont experience any difference, doesnt mean it is same for everyone.
