In my previous thread, I asked what are the link-building methods available.
The real reason why I asked is that is because I like to know which will increase the authority of a site?

Obviously, outreach is the better way. The reason you do outreach is to get links you aren't able to build yourself, these aren't public sites that anyone can drop a link on which makes them valuable. However, there are shit sites and link farms that you need to stay away from. You also need to offer money to the webmaster in exchange for these links. As a general rule, more expensive links are better since not everyone can afford them and usually those sites do not link out to garbage.
