Manual Link Building Tools! Any Suggestion?

Besides spreadsheet, what are some good tools out there to help you with building links and maybe automate some of the parts like auto updating social networks like status update on facebook?

This implies to tier 1 of course.

If you really want to do white hat, tools should be used to analyze site backlinks, traffic, page rank but for ranking build the networks manually or guest post.

Just trying to ease my work here. I was thinking to outsource it but I want to learn and have authority over my links by doing it myself.
I got GSA for tier 2 and 3. But for tier 1, I am looking for a tool that would assist for creating accounts and submitting content to web 2.0s, social networks, wikis, article directories, bookmarks, and ....

You should try fcs networker, rankwyz or senuke xcr for first tier 1. Create manual web2.0 accounts, set custom theme in it and then use them in tools.

Raventools works well too, we use it for our legit websites.
