Manual Follow/UnFollow help

Hi guys,

I am quite new to this whole thing and i've read a few threads on here regarding follow/unfollow method with bots and likes etc and how it can lead to bans and low engagements as a result.

I want to slowly build up my Instagram account manually through the follow/unfollow method. Does anyone have a guide that may have been posted on here that i've missed or can provide information on how I can go about doing this?
