Hey!

Is it ideal to leverage the disavow tool from Google to remove links that are under a certain DA?

Is Google cool with that - just to remove the Lower Quality links?

Quality over Quantity no?

LMK!

Best -

You could disavow any links that you don't like with the disavow tool but only if you have tried to remove them manually. It's a real bother to be honest.

About the quality of links, there is not a tool that could tell you for certain which are the quality ones. Domain Authority, Domain Rating, etc. are made up metrics. In my experience disavowing even 80% spam rating and 10 DA websites could lead to a rank decrease. You'll have to review them manually.

If you're sure that the links are your problem you could disavow everything that's 0-10 DA, DR and you're sure that the domains are not maintained or part of a spam chain. Also, you need to have a large number of them.

Again, be careful with that tactic as sometimes low metric domains are expected from Google (it doesn't look natural if you have only high-quality links).

Very good! I have been trying to discern what's good & what's not. Starting to get a lot of random links but their DA is still trending over 10+ generally speaking. Will have to start paying closer attention. Thanks Alex!
