Manual Blog Commenting some questions

I have small questions about manual blog commenting.

I am thinking to create my own service as i have many d0f0ll0w Blogs.
But my question is: Do all the users who offer the service do the job alone?
Because i don't have the time to write comments if i get many orders.

What's the best idea to work with employees? How many would i need?
Where can i get cheap employees?

before you start hiring your employees, be sure you have many orders in queue.

There are some blog commenting services on BST Section. See their threads if they have orders in queue.

If you want just try to limit your orders so you can handle it alone.

Yes i know there are some blog commenting services in the BST area and many of them have many orders.

I think if i have good prices and also with PR7 Links i will get orders.
 
Ok, if you are ready, read the BST Rules first.
 
As long as you offer a quality and useful service,expect to have the same ammount of orders as your competitors,
But,it's a long way :)
 
Here is an idea - make it a monthly service and only bring a few clients on at first. Each month, you build for a client X number of blog comments and charge them Y amount. Once you get your business up and running, you can bring on more clients, hire help, etc. Start slow, don't kill yourself in the beginning and in this way you will provide a great service and have happy clients from the beginning.
 
Try completing the orders alone by yourself, when you are sure that the orders are stabil, even increasing and you can't handle it, hire an employee, if your costumers are increasing, hire another one and so on and so on..

Yea i think i will start slow and open soon my service.
And the first orders i would do them by myself but the problem is my laptop is not really good.
He hangs up very fast but i maybe want to buy a good one for 200? or so which has decent RAM and power
 
Blog comments (especially from related websites that aren't spammed with comments already) are still a great way to get some quality links. If you can do that, I'm sure that you'll have many clients :)
