Manual Action Penalty on my Website: Thin Content, no added value

Hello,

One of my websites got significantly dropping on traffic yesterday, then I added it to GWT, and then I found the following words:
Thin content with little or no added value

This site appears to contain a significant percentage of low-quality or shallow pages which do not provide users with much added value (such as thin affiliate pages, cookie-cutter sites, doorway pages, automatically generated content, or copied content).


I am wondering if any of u guys have the similar penalty before? how u deal with this?

Should I change and improve my website content quality then submit reconsideration? or just abandon it to move on for new website??

If anyone has experience, hope u share here with me plz

It is a link penalty because of PBNs. diggitymarketing.com/how-to-remove-penalties-with-double-301-redirects/ try this as a last resort
