Mantaining follower stability?

So i been struggling to grow my followers, i see that i get a lot more followers by following than likes, but I've reached the limit, so i started unfollowing
everyone who wasn't following back, my concern is whats going to happen when i reach 7500 following back? how will i grow my account then? since a lot of people unfollow you once you stop following them, how will i maintain my followers and continue to grow?

If you have quality content and stuff people want to see, they will refer their friends and stay following you.

I also want to know about it, my twitter and FB followers is less, Hope your help.

you must create engaging contents....stuff people do are to offer free stuff to people who like and comment on their posts....tho i'm not even sure if they would even give away stuff....craziest thing i've seen is that people say they would give out 10 iphone 5s...
