In recent months, Reddit has seen accounts spamming in 20-30 subreddits, and each of their posts receives 300-700 upvotes within the first hour after publication. There are a lot of such accounts, and Reddit isn't banning them. I found 5 accounts that belong to the same model, and all of these accounts are massively inflating upvotes. Why doesn't Reddit ban them? How are they doing this?

There was actually a huge ban wave on Reddit a couple of months ago.

Typically social media sites ban in waves, not one by one. Usually it's when they've identified a fingerprint leak or a an IP range associated with bot accounts.

Maybe they were new accounts just created and didn't have time to get banned

Best part is they will downvote your content for no reason :(

And then when I create a normal account on Reddit I get banned for no reason, even if I don't comment anything.

JUSTICE! xD

Reddit will ban any spammy accounts like that. It usually takes 6-12 hours, depending on how hard they are spamming.
