Mango MasterCard

Has anyone used this? They seem to support Paypal but I can hardly find anything about these.

Yes, the card says it supports Paypal on the link provided. My understanding is that Paypal requires or may ask to confirm a phone number in order to link a bank to an account (Bank of America excepted). This probably to fight off stealth/faux account creation, but so long as the phone number is accepted as legit, it should go through.

It can be a good alternative to payoneer. But I heard this for first time. I will give it a try.
