12000 emails per day free! What's the catch?

Mailchimp is a joke.. I built my list to around 200, went to send out a simple newsletter and they wouldnt let me send it have yet to tell me why. It has been 3 weeks and 6 emails and I have yet to hear from them. I would stay as far away from them as possible.

This service is a stmp server, the t&c don't say anything about affiliate marketing blocking like they do on mailchimp.
