Managing the Drop Shipping Process

I have a number of people wishing to drop-ship my products - Does anyone have any experience of managing the drop shipping process? Not bothered if it can't be integrated into any of our cart systems or if it is a portal that could be installed into a sub folder perhaps - Just something to make the experience as smooth as possible for us and our clients and of course, cost effective

In my opinion, here is the simple process:

- They will get order and payment from the customers,
- They will transfer money to you via PayPal or Bank Transfer or whatever such as Western Union, these depends on you and your drop shippers. They also give the customer's shipping address to you.
- When you get the payment, you will ship the product to customers and of course you must provide tracking number to the customers (here are drop shippers )
