Managing multiple Twitters

Hi guys. I've been using HootSuite to manage my multiple Twitter accounts. It's really great but is there anything better out there? Everyone is welcome to comment but don't give me a "better" site if you haven't tried HootSuite. **This is also a recommendation of HootSuite**. To me HootSuite is the best I've tried. I just want to know if it's the best overall, I've yet to have any issues or complaints. Any thoughts?
