Managing Multiple Tiktok Accounts expert call

I live in the US and want to manage multiple legitimate tiktok accounts for my clients. I need to hop on a ~15 minute call for ~$30 with an expert who can recommend which proxy to use, what service to use to connect an unused phone #, to tell me if unactived sim is better than no sim, etc. Just need accounts primed for the most views and will pay to talk to an expert.
