Hi team,
I saw a post before with a link to a 45 day trial of Shopify, however you can't remove the password unless you enter your CC details.
A even better option would be to sign up as a Shopify Partner, this is free and allows you to manage multiple websites from one portal.
Plus the trial period is indefinite and they allow you to remove the password and enable abandon cart, the only limitation is that there is a maximum 50 orders.
Hopefully some of you find this usefull

EDIT: Should also mention that you won't be able to add a domain or install paid apps but this is more than enough time for you to build your site and test a few niches
