Managing multiple IG accounts? Read this

I've been wondering what do the top guys on IG use to manage multiple accounts? I want to start a network of accounts in more legit niches and not hack & crack ones and I've been wondering what would I need besides owning multiple Android devices? I will need to post every day on each account around 2 photos so that would be a pain in the ass. Any other way to do it and staying under the radar in the same time?
