No but you could use an email client and use proxy the client ...

I use different web browsers. (Chrome/IE/Firefox)

For other purposes I use different instances of Firefox, with different proxies (20 instances/20 proxies). I don't know how cookies(and so on) are handled in between those Firefox instances.

Use Webmail notifier firefox plugin i can log and chat with many gmail account in same browser..

I g**gled some on the Firefox/cookies, and got the following answer:

Each browser instance will have its own set of cookies. And history. And bookmarks. Because each running instance will need to be attached to its own profile.

Any given instance can have multiple tabs and windows open however. And those will share cookies.
