Has anybody tried that?

There are a lot of sites like AppOnFly (for desktop RDPs) and browserstack for virtual smartphone simulator...

Too tedious. Do anti-detect browsers instead.

Currently using this but many accounts get banned/shadowbanned... Would you recommend any good anti detect browsers?

Multilogin, adspower and incogniton. It is about your proxies and VCCs.

It's very old technique to use RDPs. You can use an anti-detect browser and proxies with IP rotation to manage multiple accounts. Better to use mobile proxies if you are managing social media accounts since they work great with all social media platforms.
