I have recently returned to IM and I'm beginning to have some stable success in some of the niches/methods I'm working on.

The main problem that I encountered is the management of multiple accounts across several affiliate services and also multiple forum/email accounts.

I'm losing more than 70% of my active worktime managing accounts, login in/ login out/ clearing cookies/ etc etc.

I keep all my data in an excel spreedsheet, and it is severely tome consuming to constantly copy paste the information into the browser after doing the anonymous proceedings above mentioning.

Is there any tool that I can use that can facilitate these whole process?

Afaik there are some "master password" plugins for FF, Chrome or Safari that can store multiple user/passwords of different site for differen user.
So setup the plugin assign the accounts/password for every account group. Run CC, switch the browser user, enter your master PW, done.
Or just create 10 or so windows accounts and use the auto fill out form feature of the browser for every account of one set of logins. switching windows accounts and running CC Cleaner is almost instant + you can setup one private proxy to use per account set as default since every user got his own "browser"
eg.
Windwos User1: FB1,Tumblr1,Twitter1,wordpress1 all the affiliate services and related mail addys
Windows User2: FB2,Tumblr2,Twitter2,Wordpress2 and all the related mail addys....

I have to agree with Phrasion, really the IM work fairly easy to do but it si the practical aspect of keeping all of the profiles and information separate. From the sounds of it you might be okay with creating a macro or some sort of auto clicking bot to copy and paste your respective information (again still time consuming).

Lara's idea isn't to bad but then I worry about proxy usage and keeping the right proxy to the right profile (because it is telling if you are constantly signing in with different IP addresses, even worse is if you have an American profile and you sing in with an England then African then Canadian proxy)

therefore I said private proxys and not random scraped. Anon, you can choose the location usually they are from NY, LA, WS, IL in the US...
It's 15-30$ /month for 10 private proxys that's enough to manage at least 10 different user accounts on any network with a unique IP.

edit. If you have to switch 5+ different eg. facebook accounts to keep on posting you will most likely earn the monthly privat proxy fee in 1-2 days.

I would literally go and use Cookie Swap(firefox plugin). I can tell you that I cannot use firefox without it. I keep around 20-40 profiles , 2-3 different logins on average on each profile when am doing it full time, other than that i usually have around 10 profiles with 1-2 different logins.

Whoops sorry missed the private proxy part.

hi,

I don't quite get the idea about proxy,

you mean each proxy allows login with one account?

I use a firefox addon called Proxy Tool by WebProxyList. You enter a list of IP:Port proxies and can cycle between them using up and down arrows in the bottom right corner. Each proxy is assigned a number so you can keep track of them. You can also set the addon to wipe your cookies each time you cycle proxies.
