Managing multiple accounts from same phone

I manage 3 accounts for 3 different clients, and currently am following/unfollowing 100 people on each account every day from the same phone. Is this risky or is it alright because it's different accounts? Any alternatives?

To a certain degree is could be risky but it depends. You could use proxies with Jarvee or other social media automation tool.

Long time since I have been using an automation tool. The 3 accounts are my clients business accounts. I don't want any rapid (pushing the limits) growth, just a slow an steady growth. Can you do this with jarvee or any other tool, without putting the account at risk?

Slow & steady growth can be obtained by simple F/U, from these accounts. Cheap, it will probably allow them to grow steadily as you want to, and the risk is pretty small if one knows how to do it :)
 
Don't use any bots.
You can continue to run 3 accounts without any issues. I run 5 per phone and have had no problems so far. Just don't go too fast and don't spam and you'll be alright.
 
IG allows up to 5 accounts per IP, irrespective of if it's personal or business accounts.
However, you can expect action blocks to be more rapid this way.
