Managing incentivized ad campaign

Hello every one,

I was wondering if anyone has a good way of managing incentivized ad campaigns.

Let's say that I promote some offer (like email sign up) where, if you complete it, I will pay you some amount of money.

How can I verify that you actually completed the offer before paying you?

Im having a hard time setting up Postbacks, I tried looking into google tagmanager but I didn't get a clear response on how to set it up. Do you know any good source where I could learn how to set it up? Thanks
 
You are not planning to do this with CPA offers?
 
Getting back to the matter on hand, the situation is as follows.
Yes, this is for CPA marketing.
I'm not sure how I can get postback working for this particular case.

Let's say I have an Instagram page where I post an offer link in the bio.
If you complete the offer in the bio, you will receive your reward.
I need a way to know who completed the offer so I can send the reward.

Any suggestions?
 
Use a cpa content locker, such as ogads and put your bonus downloads or whatever as the unlocked page.

Otherwise, incentivizing non incentivized cpa offers will just get you banned from the campaign / network.
 
The concept of incentivized traffic for app–install campaigns is far from new, but there is still much debate in the industry regarding the advantages comparing rewarded versus non-rewarded campaigns.

Is there any rule against using real money as an incentive? Would that make it a revenue sharing?

You will need to make a webpage where they will have to give you an identifier like email. Then you will need a database, and send them to a offer with a unique identifier. When they complete, the network will send you the unique id that completed to a php page, postback, and in that php page you should have a code that will match the unique id to the user and award him. You will need a coder to make you such script.
