Managing Emails With PBN

How do you manage all of the email accounts associated to each domain in your pbn?

I use 1 email account per domain, and when you start getting a lot of them the registrar renewals can creep up on you. So, it seems smart that one would have them all forwarding to one main email.

The issue is you cant use cpanel forwarding until you actually have that domain hosted, and email clients like hotmail frequently bans/blocks email accounts that are inactive and just set up as a forwarder only.

I am in a bit of a pickle :/

Google can't see the email & password you use to register your domains. This is customer info which belongs to the registrar. Just make sure you use soms kind of anonymous WHOIS. I use the same email & password for my PBN's, makes the process a lot easier. I do however reccomend not using Gmail (you never know) and keeping your cPanel links in a local excel file.

They can see the email used to register the domain if the registrar displays it on a non private registered domain.
I've signed up to Bluehost hosting in January, and registered a domain with them and their registrar, FASTDOMAIN, INC., sprayed all my sign up details on whois for a non private reg domain.

On a different note, with a godaddy registered non private domain my contact details are not visible, just name and organisation. Intradesting.

I use gmail, because i also setup a G+/facebook/twitter/youtube account up for my PBN's, i also use the mail to setup hosting and of course register the domain, you can buy gmail accounts for next to nothing and they are pretty save as long as you don't mix your domains over the accounts, that happened to me when i registered multiple domains under one account, nothing bad happened but you can't be to careful and just use one Gmail account for one domain.

I would use a free email provider that doesn't lock you out of your account if your ip changes.
Gmail is obnoxiously "safe". One of my accounts always gets notifications if I log in with spoofed user agents.
Vrill got a nice thread where he got into trouble with gmail. Plus gmail scans your data and emails you receive to NSA and
advertising purposes.
Write a bunch of URLs into your emails and you'll have them indexed soon enough.

Good tip, does it work for indexing newly created links? Or gmail is a no no for link indexing?

I highly reccomend using anonymous WHOIS for each and evey PBN domain you register. When in doubt you can always register a test domain and request the WHOIS to see exactly what information they include and what is being left out. I prefer completely masking my information, even if it's just my name or company. When big G sees all domains pointing at a website share the same WHOIS name this raises a red flag. Registrars usually use their own name for anonymous WHOIS so try mixing up the registrars every now and then.

Your should have all this information in a excel file.

Just check it a few times a month and you can keep tracking of when you need to renew your domains.
