Managing bought YT account

Hi!

I am from Poland and I want to buy YT account with channel. I want to do BH on it - videos about adding some resources to popular games, I am sure you know what I mean. But how to manage such account? I mean if account which I'll buy was created for example in USA, can I use it without any proxy/hiding IP? Of course I want this account to live as long as it's possible. What to do and what to avoid while managing such account? Of course I am not asking for any complex info, it's a homework I have to do by myself, just basics to start with.
