Managing big amounts of gmail accounts

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if there's a solution for managing large amounts of gmail accounts? I guess a lot of spammers must have some management software with proxies and all. I don't want it for spam, but curious what is being used.

For managing or receiving emails on them like EV codes and what not?

I have tons of gmails I use for account creation and forward them to one gmail where I can see the mail incoming and grab my codes or verification links

Also you can make this more seamless with a script that will grab the code for the platform you need without even having to manually login or look through emails.

Any updates on best platforms that are still working well? Looking primarily for social media management with multiple accounts.

1) Platform - which platform is easiest and most reliable?
2) Proxies - any recommendations or good deals?
3) ??? - anything else needed?
