Managing a web 2.0 blog network?

I have like 100+ pr2-4 web 2.0 blogs (from sites like tumblr, wordpress, etc) and I was hoping there was some software out there that could help me manage these sites and post new blog entries to them. Other than ZP (which can pretty much do anything), is there any recommended software for this task?

Tried tweaking SEnuke but since you can't add more than one profile per site it wouldn't be good to handle this (since I have like ~25+ accounts per web 2.0 domain).
 
Unless they were created with some 3rd party maintained software (like Nuke or Ultimate Demon) it is a HUGE task
100 different platforms is a LOT, and if they ARE all different then the scripts they use to add content on many of them change all the time.
I created a task in Zenno that looked after about 30 WEB2.0's. It took half a day a week just to keep them up to date as the sites in question kept changing their scripts subtly (deliberately to stop tools from working - it's not just coincidence that these sites keep changing)

I gave up with it after a few months. 100 genuinely unique platforms - That would have taken me maybe a full day or more a week to recode the 10 or 12 that change

The only real time you know they have altered is when your process fails.

Not sure what you mean about Nuke not having more than one profile per site. Been a while since I used it, but you used to be able to do that. Certainly can have as many profiles as you like with Ultimate Demon (each email address can have it's own profile).

As Scritty said, it's a hard time to update a software to post on all the platforms. The best I could choose would be to hire one VA and manually update the blogs. You are sure & safe of everything by doing this.
 
It's not for hundreds of platforms, I just have 100's of blogs across 2 platforms (currently).

I edited my aclist and snlist and added tumblr, but since you can't add more than one account per profile I can't run all of them in one Social Networking module. I can, however, create many profiles each with 1 tumblr account and then for each site setup a new social networking module. It's kinda a pain, but it's still better than having to manually update ZP or custom scripts everytime they change something.

That doesn't sound like a fault with the software. The sites only allow one account per web address anyway no matter what software you use.
I see what you mean now. Have a look at Linkfarm Evolution for what you are after. It might be just what you need.

It takes some setting up, but allows you to control a load of Tumblr. Pligg and other sites from one Cpanel

(it's old - but then so am I) :)

[EDIT] Never understood the advantage of having links from lots of Tumblr sites. They will all be the same IP won't they (the Tumblr server)? What's the point of that?

Having a farm of loads of accounts on different self hosted WP sites with a large spread of B and C class IP's - that I can understand, but having hundreds of sites all hosted by Tumblr? Does that offer any real benefit?

I hope someone can tell me if there is some benefit here, it might be a decent tactic for the future if it adds value - but for the life of me I can't see what it might be.

I'm not linking them all to the same page, I'm only direct linking on PR4+ pages and since I have more domains than Tumblrs currently I'm not too worried about it. The PR1-3 pages are going to link mostly to tier 1s (or some lower quality properties I have) so I can juice their PR.

I went ahead and checked some of the IPs, here's what I'm getting:

50.97.143.25
50.97.151.201

Out of curiosity would these be considered different because the IPs are different or are they still under the same hosting umbrella?
 
Different C classes - but in the same range. Not terrible - but not awesome either. B class is the same (as you can see)
So ok for your purposes.
I take it you are pormoting to many money sites (not really me field of expertise any more - I promote to 6 money sites each with between 300 and 4000 URL's - so well over 10,000 URL's to promote across 6 sites)

In my case a Tumblr farm would have little value. Ultimate Demon allows me to have set up say 120 WEB 2 sites at a time and post to each one say 14 or 15 times with little effort. after about 15 posts I tend to leave them anyway - wait a while, then create another ring a few months later for that site (by then many of the targets have changed and I've scraped a lot more etc)

For you, this tumblr farm seems a decent way to go. Link Farm Evolution might well be the one off payment solution for you (Though no-one has talked about it much here for a couple of years, by the look s of the site it is still a good prospect)

I create massive amounts of web 2.0 properties daily (as in, today alone ~23 SEnuke full monty's or ~2500 web 2.0 blogs, ~12k bookmarks, ~10k forum profiles), these are just great because they have 0 OBLs and high real PR. Some even have some organic traffic going to them (Alexa ~3m).

I'm just looking to create some valuable tier 1s (that I can control) that I can then blast with generic set and forget SEnuke blasts. The hardest part isn't the creation, it's finding enough valuable tier 1 links that are worth creating huge link pyramids to.
 
Another +1 for ArticleWyz. It is a great system which is easy to use and does not cost very much. You can add up to 250 web 2.0's to the ArticleWyz system. So why not give it a go?

This is what we designed ArticleWyz to do exactly, build Authority Web2.0 blogs.
 
I have hundreds of sites automated, and the problems mentioned above are definitely real--some sites changed their code regularly which makes maintenance a concern. I get around that by using winautomation for those, which sends a click certain x-y coordinates, rather than relying on the source code. It's a little slower, but works like a charm
 
You should definitely hire a VA to help manage them. Not sure if you mentioned how much money they bring in, but if you have that many than I would imagine you can still make a good profit, if not increase earnings by hiring a VA to stay on top of things.

EDIT: just realized this thread was brought back from 2012, holy crap!
 
Wordpress Pages allow for imports, which you can set up in advance. For tumblr and alike I would look into using ifttt with time capsules releases or for bigger setup zapier, esp. for the tumblr sites. It might be worth the while to limit yourself just to two systems, with a focus on wordpress to make use of the available plugins and tools, esp, the importer with extra features.
