If anyone has experience in managing/owning a content blocker site like *******/Dollarade , I have a few questions..

How much time/money does it take to create a site like this?
Is there a script I can use that does it for me?
How much daily hours is involved in updating those offers?
How does one get new offers that a site like dollarade constantly gets?
I'm a publisher for CPA Lead. If I have someone complete a survey for $1, how much does a company like ******* get from it?

can't think of any other questions right now, but I'll add more if I think of more.

Check out this thead that I've just posted: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...-start-your-own-cpa-network-4-easy-steps.html

While it doesn't answer your question directly, it's very much connected to it and worth a read if you're considering starting up a network - content locking one or otherwise.

As far as content locker goes, being someone who has gone through the coding of one in the past I can say that to build a good content locking solution you will need a good coder to work on it for a month or two, then a bunch of people to beta-test it for you (also in live environment), which is another month or so, then a couple of weeks for bug fixing and a few weeks for the 2nd beta test and further bug fixing. And that's assuming that you have an exact vision on how you want the locker to operate and that you know enough about the tech part of it to be able to properly brief the coder.

there are many ways to do it and even the top CMS can be used to create one.
