Managed VPS hosting help needed

What is your current shared hosting plan specs (including CPU and RAM)?

Unfortunately you are not giving any information about the website?!
On average you need about 1GB RAM per about 1.5k UV on dynamic website with bulk of scripts.

But, if we don't know the platform, the addons, the current resources that is using (or the current provider plan) we can't really help you and you will end with comments like the one ABOVE mine.

There is no default formula as every website/platform have specific needs.

But they told me that it can handle 150,000 traffic per month. Also, I've added cloudflare free version over it. Not using any caching plugin at the moment.

With my current traffic of 10k daily and a constant 20-30 concurrent users, the stats show that I'm using around 10% of the resources. Given the site's progress, I'm doubtful it will be able to handle the traffic surges.

you can easily handle that with a 4-8 GB RAM, x4 cores VPS,
you don't really need a managed service for a single wp website as well, just get a contabo VPS and install aapanel,
it makes the work a piece of cake and all you need to do is to migrate and configure it well initially

VPS will give you more power & control, but you don't always have to deal too much with the technical stuff. Since you are running a shared hosting now, VPS with cpanel will be relatively the same experience to you with additional server access that you can, but don't have to always to use.

they will handle way more than you need at the faction of the cost when we are speaking specs wise.
it is a reallllllll beast.
Also, their customer support is great, just throw whatever you need at them and they will get it done for you

I have (&had) plans in rocket.net, also kinsta & WPEngine etc managed VPS.
Rocket.net provides one of the best value vs specs to make me stay with them.
