So I got the message some days ago that eBay will change to managed payments in about a month. That means the seller has to update his bank account in order to continue selling. Now I am not from the US and do not have a US bank account, so how to continue selling? Is there any workaround? Or you can get a US bank account from Europe without having to physically visit a bank?

There is no workaround for that. Provide the USA bank account.
OR you can get a new ebay stealth account.
My bank? Won‘t it look suspicious if someone living in the US only has a EU bank account?
New ebay account does not solve the problem. I need a bank account, not an eBay account

of course that is not possible. You need a USA bank if you're using a USA ebay account.

I agree, you either need a US bank account or a new stealth account. I think you can start a US company from outside of the USA then open an account online at an online US bank such as Radius.

I would try TransferWise you can have many accounts in different currency.
