Manage posting to own facebook pages randomly

Is there any tools how on to manage multiple FB pages so i could random post already saved posts to my pages with scheduling, here is the scenario.

in the tools i will save posts (text and images) then on interval timer ( every 3 hours) the tools will publish random saved posts to specific page.
