Manage My Instagram Accounts

I started using instagrams for casting notices (non-scripted, game show, etc.) and holy hell was it amazing. Thank's to instagram's new spam filters I have only a few hairs left on my head to pull out. I don't have the time or know how to use proxies, phone verify the accounts, create dozens of fake emails, etc. I need someone who knows how to do this in bulk. I send you the casting notices, the pics I want to use, the bio, and the target audience. You handle the rest. Is there anyone out there that does this? Around how many accounts are we talking about? 5? 10? 500? Also what would be the pay structure,(would you pay for the proxies or give a royalty based on revenue generated from the accounts)?
