It depends on your IP. If it’s residential or mobile proxy then it’s fine to manage up to 10 accounts. You know why? When your relatives, friends visit your home and use your wifi, they are using your IP. When people use their company’s wifi, they all have the same IP. So Facebook can’t ban IP so that people use that IP won’t be all banned. But if your IP is seen as proxy, then it’s a more suspicious to use more than 2 or three accounts. But it depends on your device and fingerprint. You can’t use 10 accounts on a same device. But using Multilogin or Kameleo to hide your fingerprints and seen as multiple devices, then it’s fine.
