How I can warm up, change bio, change images, do 5-10 little following to my 10 ig accs manually by using browser+ proxies? Can i do it with free version multiloginapp?
Maybe better to use Ghost browser? Or firefox multi account containers?

You answered your own question. Multilogin apps provide a free version with 10 instance of browsers

free versions has no "All advanced privacy protection features and Extended browser fingerprint database"
 
try ndalang
it's just 5 device profiles for free version, but full anti fingerprint features just like the pro one
 
You will most likely be fine with MLA free,

The user agent variation is decent.
