Manage how many accounts with Instapic app?

How many IG accounts may i manage with windows 8 application (Instapic) without banning?
may i use proxy with this app?

I was able to manage about 5 accounts several months ago but I found it very tedious considering there are much easier ways to manage accounts.

I also didn't use a third party proxy software since they didn't change the IP of the app store. I just went in the control panel and manually add the proxy IP.
