Is there any tools that will manage all my social network pages with just on program, as an example lets see I would like to add some pics to my pages and or create a new blog or go to groups or forums that i belong too and make a post. is there any tool or tools that i can use to create accounts at all of them at the same time.?

any tools i can use to signup to all those sites that pixelpage and ping.fm have listed on there site or do i have to go through them one at a time and signup?
