Manually remains the best way. Plus some platforms are not automated by any bot available (ex. weebly).

Best advice is to NOT manage them
Nowadays webs, profiles and other similar stuff IMO fu*** your backlink profile and should be used on lower tiers instead of gsa.
unless you have strong expired webs(!) in related niche(!) that rank on their own(!)
seriously the more backlinks without traffic you get the more faster you will drop of the serps because your backlinks are different than your competition. top 1 has 10 backlinks from related sources and you have 100 backlinks from webs. and 100 from profiles. none with traffic. you will tank on page 2 for eternity in best case
what i mean profile links are HQ but are dead as no single person will visit them

While there are many tools, nothing beats doing things related to web2.0s manually.

Those are branded web 2 with fb and twitter profile + iftt syndication
they look legit and with useful content .

My hands or hands of someone else. I rather go for quality than quantity here. One decent expired web 2.0. Articles scheduled over a year and that's it. Same as with PBNs.
