I find a bit of humor when someone brings this point as if writing is so simple. Writers showcase a prolific amount of intellectual expertise requiring careful concentration, optimization of research resources and extensive creativity by creating content based on the factors listed.

A marketer, pay per click wizard or anyone using third party spin software can easily say " article writing is tough" in a sarcastic way because you lack the initiative and drive required to do what we do. The writer who started to post wanted a resolution to lack of energy, not a lack of dedication to the craft. Writer's block is the true sigma of a writer.

If you didn't think writing was so tough, try writing your own content and not using software simulation to create content that lacks substance, a soul and basic written communication required to connect with an audience.


I take offense to anyone bashing writers, especially one asking for help.:cool:

It is all in your head. You need to train your brain to think of writing as a fun experience, instead of a boring one. When you are thinking of sitting down in front of your computer the thought of the monotony prevents you from getting started.

Instead think of all of the good things that writing brings you, money, working from home, or even try rewarding yourself. Sometimes when I dread sitting down to get started I will set a timer and tell myself that I'll sit down for an hour and after the hour I will reward myself in some way. More times than not, once you have sat down after a few minutes you will find that you are motivated to finish what you are writing.
 
I didn't follow the whole thread, but it was the same to me.
I started to build High Quality Backlinks for 5€ per link in forums and got good money. But the work was so stupid and bored me that I outsourced all my tasks and started dropshipping. It's just great! I'm getting to know new people everyday and I'm earning nice bucks aswell.

I have also Started with Article Writing.. But This Is Most Respectable Freelancing Job for Nuts.

Just like After Reaching Las Vegas You are Left with Hundred Bucks. ( Now What??? Ans : Go Back home If you Can )

I would Suggest Leave Writing, But Make People Writing for you. and Enjoy their Works while converting them into $$$'s for you..

Yea maybe you should leave writing because " Make People Writing for you" seems like your best bet, lol.
 
I was a News Writer for 15+ years. In the beginning I studied writing by reading stories of all kinds and by using a style book. On a daily basis I had to write stories on a multitude of topics in which I had ZERO interest. These would be equivalent to a 600 word article. How did I do it?

I got into the enjoyment of crafting the story by using these mental prompts:

1. Tell them what you are going to tell them. Think "Headline"
2. Tell them what you said you were going to tell them. Think "Body/Content"
3. Tell them what you just told them in a few closing lines. Think "Punch Lines"

Don't get blocked by trying to write only on topics you love, although it surely helps to love your topic, and concentrate instead on the enjoyment of the writing. That's why professional copywriters make tons of money. They create a new way to think about a product. That's also what gooroos do when they rehash the same old crap and sell it again and again. They rewrite the sales message with a new twist.

If you can't enjoy the craft of writing, outsource it and move on to what you really want to do in IM.

It's all about versatility my friend. I got started in
article writing as well and found it extremely boring
and tedious. Too much work, too low ROI. So I changed
my business model to strictly rewrites. Much better
ROI and easier. Point is, you have to be able to adapt
and that applies for any venture, whether it be article
writing or IM. :)
 
i think you lose your motivation. think again at your goals and motivate yourself
 
Pick up a copy of instant article wizard. It will make content creation super fast and easy. There's a cracked version here on the forum if you're strapped for cash.
 
outsource it for less than you get paid and use your time to do something you enjoy

If you're feeling lazy, then article writing must not be something you find interesting, because if you enjoyed article writing, then the motivation to write would be there. Perhaps article writing simply isn't your "thing". If you don't love what you're doing, it will show up in the quality of the work that you produce, and consequently, work that is completed without great interest and full effort only limits your potential and profits. Even if you use a spinner or article researcher tool, the amount of effort you put into article creation will still be limited due to your lack of interest, and the final product will still suffer as a result, and that means the money you make won't be as great as it otherwise would be if you truly loved writing.

It might be a good idea to explore some other opportunities are out there. If you find something that really gets you excited, you're likely to make more money as a result and also look more forward to the time that you invest in your money-making projects.

Actually I have also little experience about writing articles. At fist it is not so boring. After passing some days, it is so boring and tedious.

I think, you have lost your motivation. Try to be positive. Otherwise change your profession. You can try with rewriting. It is not so tedious like writing.
 
My first job was article writing and yes it's kinda boring especially if you are writing articles that doesn't interest you. There was a time when I spent my entire week writing hundreds of article on the same niche. It's like rewriting them all even though the client says write unique articles. My suggestion to OP is to find something else that really interests you. And if article writing is the only skill you've got right now, try to think as if you don't have a job, thinks of the bills you need to pay and things you desire and need. It will motivate you.
 
Lol... you need *us* to tell you what sucks about your current job? You must be feeling lazy indeed, ortherwise you'd conclude after a big of soul-searching:

Top 5 reasons why you hate writing content:

  1. You are be prone to getting underpaid, esp. if you're playing the cents/word game
  2. Your clients will lreap passive income, while you keep struggling for spare change
  3. Your efforts will often not be appreciated, thus making your feel under-accomplished
  4. Your writing will usually become inconsequential google-food meant to wrap links on
  5. You realize there's not much in the sense of career progression as lowly content writer


My advice?

Buckle up and claw your way up the content marketing "food chain". Figure out how your clients are making money with the content you write, and commit yourself to transitioning towards Internet marketing. Have you ever tried Googling a paragraph "in quotes" that you wrote for someone in the past, to see where it was published? You should. Try it now, and start piecing the puzzle!

Working for others you'll always feel like a slave.

Working for yourself you have a shot at freedom.

Don't assume it will be an easy transition, because it won't. It could take many years, and bring out countless tears. But at least you'll feel that you're actually accomplishing something through your efforts. Only then you'll know there's really no point in being lazy.
 
I have been writing four years now and at times boredom sets in. This is the time when I start doing other things such listening to music or other playing some outdoor games. I sincerely advice you to hire writers and make them write for you because if you want get richer and richer, then make others work hard instead of working hard yourself. This is the golden rule which I learnt during initial years itself.

Spend a few nights in a homeless shelter, or in county jail. You'll have a new appreciation for the standard of living you currently have, and you'll be more willing to do whatever it takes to preserve it.

Work a few weeks on an assembly line at a shampoo factory, pulling plastic off of thousands of shampoo/conditioner packaged pairs, and putting the shampoo bottles on one conveyer belt, and the conditioner on another. Over & over & over & over & over again.

Or roll out 30 lb. pieces of St. Augustine sod in 105 degree heat, with 90% humidity for a few days. Get your head, arms and nose sunburned and feel that sunburn while still having to work in the sun.

Run the deep-fryer at Red Lobster for a few weeks, in that hot-ass and filthy kitchen, serving up disgusting blobs of greasy gook for people too stupid to know what they are eating.

There are lots of worse ways to earn a living. Perhaps your problem is that you haven't yet experienced enough of them in order to appreciate what you have, and the relatively easy way you have to have them. Maybe you should spend the rest of the summer swinging a hammer nailing shingles to a hot, tar-paper roof in the hot sun.

The advice to find something better is good advice. My advice is to have a realistic perspective on your current situation, while you are looking for something better.
 
No interest I'm guessing, that and its harder to find a job than it is to write the article.. By the time you find the job youre too tired to work.
 
This could be the harsh truth.You may not be a person we call "self starters".Its ok not everyone is but if you have lost your desire to achive then you are just lazy.
