So i am looking to buy the PRO version of MB is this a good choice or the free one is just enough also if there are bigger and better plans do suggest since i think all i can see is the PRO also i see that MB has its own antivirus does that mean it might be trouble for me since i have another anti-virus already in the system......

Note:I am buying this PRO through my paypal created by my friend since uptil today my money has always been paid on the paypal he created for me btw i never log into the paypal he does always whenever i need to buy some stuff, so does that mean the software gets registered through that ip or i can use that key for my ip btw it's US paypal and me frum India...

Note:I dont get one thing here if we buy more MB's the price is less or am i missing something :(

Sorry to disagree prab1996, but Norton is horrible. It bogs down PCs so much just by running. I've found that Avast! Internet Security + Malwarebytes Pro works best. These two together seem to have the best detection, and they are both lighter on the CPU compared to Norton.

I think MB pro is definitely worth it, the free works but the pro has a lot more to work with.

As for your paypal issue, I doubt there will be any issues.
 
Norton is crap IMHO, along with Mcafee, they hog system resources.
Malwarebytes is a good program and if you are worried about such things then go PRO, Super Anti Spyware is also not too bad.
I just use MSE and the free versions of Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware as backup protection. They have me covered and I have a habit of going to the worst places on the net and only on occasion do I need a specialist tool to remove anything nasty.

Norton is not great IMHO.

where I work we have a retail computer repairs division and they use avg.

malware bytes is also good, we use that to scan machines on an adhoc basis.
 
Gotta disagree as well, Norton is the worst thing that ever happened to my PC. Slow and it's nearly impossible to get rid of it once you buy something better like Kaspersky.
 
Malware bytes always get me rid of shit all time. Norton is #%@1^##
Personally I am using Avira best anti virus for me and for personal using you don't need to upragde it with Malware bytes it is best combo for me.
 
Not jumping on the bandwagon, but Norton is garbage compared to what else is available for your PC.
 
Their is something that you should know about Malwarebytes when the program updates it connects to an F---B----I database. Just so you know! I found this out buy running Pear Block and trying to update the program at the same time. If you are looking to replicate this you have to have all the Block lists in place to see this happen even the paid lists.

well cant go wrong so i think buying a PRO is a must after so many reviews pouring in vouching for MB.

btw the anti-virus im using is Quick Heal which is an Pune based company quite sure very few of BH'atters prefer them but would wanna know if they any good coz until now i haven't faced any serious problems...

so linking to FBI database looks a big risk will ask you whats the procedure when i buy it...anyone have done what OP says?

Run a series of virtual machines within eachother and you'd be okay but not many computers could manage that.

I have malwarebytes (the pro version) and can vote +1 for it after trying a few. As said, again Norton is both expensive compared to many other security softwares and it really does bring a fast computer down.

Just remember too, having multiple anti virus program's is not a good idea. They conflict with each other and you can end up with them not letting any of them check for the virus' which is of course, not good!

so having my normal AV plus MB not good or it works?
since i see people running both of them on one machine...

Two is okay. I mean don't have AVG, Norton, McAfee and MWB all running, scanning and protecting because they'll stop each other protecting.
 
I have had Malwarebytes + Kaspersky installed on my computer for 2 years now and, in my opinion, this is the best combination. One for sure, Malwarebytes is a must for any computer user!
