Malware reinstalls after factory reset.

So I installed LibreAV antivirus on my Samsung because I was looking for a free solution and apparently with the first scan it found a bunch of malware installed on my phone - different apps like "si lead manager" , "factoryAPP" and many more. Since they are system apps I uninstalled them using adb commands. After I tried to do a restart immediately, my phone stuck in a bootloop and I needed to do a factory reset in order to stop it from going into safe mode all the time. All of the suspicious apps reinstalled and now I feel stuck wondering if I should remove them again. I seriously don't know what to do. Any tips?

Edit - I tried removing all of the apps which were marked as malware but some of them may not be I guess??? Maybe I removed something important?

google says theyre fine. surely u googled it first right? false positives from an opensource AV. probably because theyre used to install things

The silead manager is malware 100%. Saw a result on google.

get a decent antivirus and remove them

sounds like you installed a malware app that screwed up
your legit apps

I think it's not that serious,

first verify the accuracy of the information.
run a/v scan with a different app.
